.5 oz rich syrup, 2 d. Angostura bitters.
Shake, rocks, grapefruit peel.

2 oz Espolon reposado tequila, 1 oz Meletti amaro,
.25 oz Luxardo maraschino liqueur, 3 d. Buster's chocolate bitters.
Stir, up, orange peel.

1.5 oz Farmer's organic gin, .25 oz Old Pal tonic,
.25 oz Pierre Ferrand dry curaçao, .25 oz Byrrh Grand Quinquina, .25 fresh lime juice.
Shake, rocks, lime wedge.

SAVANNAH ROSA

1 oz Four Roses Yellow Label bourbon, 1 oz Rare Wine Co. Savannah Madeira, 1 oz Aperol.
Stir, up, orange peel.

1.5 oz Del Maguey Vida mezcal, .5 oz fresh lime juice, .25 oz agave nectar, Red Rock ginger ale.
Shake, rocks, lime wedge.

2 oz Fonseca Bin No. 27 ruby port, 1 oz Pierre Ferrand 1840 cognac,
.5 oz fresh lemon juice, .5 oz simple syrup.

Shake, up, lemon twist.

2 d. BarKeep Baked Apple bitters.

.5 oz fresh lemon juice, .5 oz simple syrup, Peychaud's bitters.
