Shake, rocks, top with trebbiano, rosemary.

Build in glass, orange peel.

2 oz Johnny Drum Private Stock bourbon, .5 oz GA pecan syrup, 3 d. Angostura bitters.

Stir, rocks, orange peel, brandied cherries.

1.5 oz Krogstad aquavit, .5 oz John D. Taylor's velvet falernum, .25 oz fresh lemon juice, hot water.

Build in glass, top with hot water, star anise.
