Stir, up, lemon peel.

1.5 oz Hayman's Old Tom gin, .5 oz St. Germain, .5 oz fresh lemon juice, .25 oz GA honey syrup, 2 d. Buster's Lavender bitters, Charmeroy brut.
Shake, rocks, lemon peel.

1.5 oz Blackwell Jamaican rum, .75 oz Old Pal strawberry shrub, .5 oz Fernet Branca, .25 oz rich syrup, Red Rock ginger ale.
Shake, rocks, lime wheel.

2 oz Aperol, Charmeroy brut, club soda.
Build in glass, rocks, orange peel.

1 oz Crop Organic Meyer Lemon vodka, .25 oz French Tarragon white balsamic vinegar, .25 oz citron syrup, Vignedileo Verdicchio.
Stir, up, lemon twist.

1 oz Lillet Rose, .75 oz Espolon blanco tequila, .25 oz Del Maguey Vida mezcal, .25 oz fresh lemon juice, .25 oz agave nectar, salt solution.

Shake, rocks, lemon wheel.

1 oz Leopold's Small Batch gin, 1 oz Dolin blanc vermouth, 1 oz Suze.

Stir, up.

Stir, neat, orange peel.

1 oz Rhum JM agricole blanc, 1 oz Aperol, .5 oz fresh grapefruit juice, .25 oz rich syrup, 2 d. Bittercube Jamaican #2 bitters.
Shake, rocks, grapefruit peel.

2 oz Barsol pisco, .75 oz fresh lime juice, .75 oz simple syrup, egg white.
Shake, up, Angostura bitters.
