1.5 oz Rittenhouse rye whiskey, 1 oz Dolin dry vermouth, 1 oz Campari.
Stir, up, lemon peel.

1 oz Prichard's Crystal rum, .75 oz Old Pal blueberry shrub
.25 oz fresh lemon juice, .25 oz simple syrup, club soda 
Shake, rocks, sprig of mint, lemon wheel.

PIMM'S CUP

2 oz Pimm's No. 1, .75 oz fresh lemon juice,
.5 oz Junipero gin, .5 oz lemongrass syrup, Red Rock ginger Ale.
Shake, rocks, cucumber spear.

SNO-KONE KLASSICO

.5 oz Fernet Branca, .5 oz Carpano Antica,
.5 oz Gran Classico, Peychaud's bitters.
Build in glass, crushed ice.

MAMA DOBLE

1.5 oz Los Nahuales mezcal, .5 oz fresh lime juice, .25 oz Ancho Reyes chile liqueur,
.25 oz Dolin Blanc vermouth, .25 oz Luxardo maraschino liqueur.
Shake, rocks, grapefruit peel.

2 oz Koval White rye whiskey, .5 oz simple syrup,
.25 oz fresh lemon juice, fresh mint.
Shake, rocks, sprig of mint.

1.5 oz Lillet blanc, 1.5 oz Dolin blanc vermouth, 3 d. Fernet Branca, 2d. Buster's Orange bitters.
Stir, up, orange peel.

2 oz Leblon cachaça, .5 oz simple syrup, fresh lime.
Shake, rocks.

1.5 oz Cathead Honeysuckle vodka, .5 oz St. Germain,
.5 oz fresh lemon juice, club soda, orange blossom mist.
Shake, rocks, lemon wheel.

1.5 oz Kraken dark spiced rum, 1 oz Old Pal tonic,
1 oz pineapple juice, .25 oz Aperol, club soda.
