1.5 oz Rittenhouse rye whiskey, 1 oz Dolin dry vermouth, 1 oz Campari.
Stir, up, lemon peel.

1.5 oz New Holland amber rum, .75 oz Old Pal strawberry shrub,
.5 oz Fernet Branca, .25 oz rich syrup, Red Rock ginger ale. 
Shake, rocks, lemon peel.

NICE & EASY

1.5 oz Hayman's Old Tom gin, .5 oz St Germain, .5 oz fresh lemon juice,
.25 oz honey syrup, 2 d. Buster's Lavender bitters, club soda.
Shake, rocks, lemon wheel.

APEROL SPRITZ

2 oz Aperol, Charmeroy Brut, club soda.
Build in glass, rocks, orange peel.

EL VAQUERO

.75 oz Espolon blanco tequila, .75 oz Combier liqueur d'orange, .5 oz Gran Classico bitter,
.5 oz fresh lime juice, Terrapin Rye, 2 d. Angostura bitters.
Shake, rocks.

KENTUCKY PRIMAVERA

1.5 oz Elijah Craig 12yr bourbon, 1 oz Lillet Blanc, .5 oz fennel citrus syrup,
.25 oz fresh lemon juice, 2 d. Buster's Orange bitters, fresh basil.
Shake, rocks, basil leaf.

1 oz Small's gin, 1 oz Dolin blanc vermouth, 1 oz Suze.
Stir, up.

1.5 oz chamomile infused vodka, .5 oz Old Pal tonic, .25 Rothman & Winter creme de violette.
Shake, rocks, lemon wheel.

1.5 oz Pierre Ferrand 1840 Cognac, .75 oz Cointreau, .75 oz fresh lemon juice.
Shake, up, lemon twist, sugared rim.

MACONDO

2 oz Barsol Pisco, .75 oz fresh grapefruit juice, .5 oz Bigallet China-China,
.25 Luxardo Maraschino liqueur, egg white.
Shake, up.
